A website and video series with tools that guides caregivers through basic steps so they may observe, document and prepare for a visit with a mental health provider. Knowing about resources and having a plan helps caregivers prevent a crisis requiring emergency services for a person with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A webcast training series with short videos and tools presented in an easy-to-follow format. Provides basic instruction in clear language and graphics about the functions of an effective governing board, advisory committee or council. Learners find key information about duties of a governing body, its committees and responsibilities of members.
